The Czech Ministry of the Interior has issued practical information for Ukrainian citizens on their website, available both in Czech and Ukrainian.
- +420 974 801 802 is the Ministry’s Ukrainian information phone line providing information on residence in the Czech Republic 24/7.
- Special long term visa applications can be filed with the regional offices of the Ministry of the Interior. The regional offices also accept appointment reservations for groups of refugees at: ukrajinakraje@mvcr.cz.
