Services of Intercultural workers
SIMI is now offering Services of intercultural workers to migrants, municipal authorities and public institutions.
The services are FREE OF CHARGE.
The services are offered in the following languages: Czech , Russian, English, Spanish, Vietnamese.
Our workers help with:
- interpretation, using specific terminology
- explaining the context of the migrant’s situation while understanding the differences between the Czech system and the migrant’s cultural and social background
- counselling in matters of social services
- information concerning the residence regulations, social security, education etc.
- offering flexible help to the client in and outside the office
