Reporting of sexual exploitation and abuse
SIMI calls on all employees, volunteers, clients, partners, event participants, and other affected individuals to report any suspicion of sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) committed by any of our staff members as soon as such suspicion arises.
SEA can be reported by:
- Sending an email to the address stiznosti@migrace.com
- Verbally informing the main contact person for SEA within the organization
- Submitting a complaint to a special mailbox designated for reporting SEA
- Calling the main contact number of SIMI (available on the website www.migrace.com) and requesting to speak with a contact person.
Option to File Complaints Against SIMI Staff
The users of the SIMI social service have the right to offer suggestions, critical comments, and complaints about the quality and manner of service provision that the organization declares as its public commitment.
The SIMI contact person for handling complaints is Director Magda Faltová, faltova@migrace.com, 224 224 379. Complaints can be submitted into the mailbox located within SIMI premises or sent by mail to the address: Magda Faltová, Association for Integration and Migration, Havlíčkovo náměstí 2, 130 00 Prague 3.
