Report on Human Rights in CR 2012
Czech Helsinki Committee issued its periodic report on the human rights situation in the Czech Republic. In the report for 2012 you can find also contribution of AIM - the chapter on foreigners. It points out the tightening of conditions for entry for foreigners onto the Czech labor market, the unresolved issues of health insurance and the issue of political participation of immigrants in the Czech Republic, as well as the difficulties associated with the Visa system VisaPoint and delays of the Ministry of the Interior in case of decision-making in residence permits of foreigners. On the other hand, in the past year there was improvement in the field of integration and citizenship.
